Article 1 OBJECT
|
|
|
The following conditions on Hotelpass prescribe users' rights and liabilities of making use of bookings online. |

|
Article 2 DEFINITION
|
|
|
Hotelpass indicates an Internet Market where hotel room products are traded in order to provide hotel reservation services to users through sophisticated computer equipment. |
|
|
1.Users indicate either Members or Non-members who connect to Hotelpass to get provided its services abiding by its conditions. |
|
|
2.Members indicate those who register on Hotelpass providing us his/her private information and keep on using information supplied by Hotelpass |
|
|
3.Non-members indicate those who do not join the membership but make use of information supplied by Hotelpass. |

|
|
Article 1 HOW TO BOOK |
|
|
Hotelpass holds to Advance Payment policy ? full-payment required prior to check in. |
|
|
Please understand that we are the contracted agency with hotels. So payment should be made to Hotelpass directly, not to hotel. |

Article 2 BOOKING REQUEST
|
|
|
Your booking request will be forwarded to Hotelpass reservation system and simultaneously to our internet staff to provide perfect service without any negligence or skip. |
|
|
- Business Hours: 09:00-19:00 (weekdays), 09:00-14:00(Saturdays) Korean Local Time |
|
|
- Closed on Sundays and Korean Public Holidays |

Article 3 HOTEL CONFIRMATION
|
|
|
1. “Real-time Booking Available Hotel” requests can be confirmed and reserved instantly. |
|
|
2.On Request Status requests will be notified to you with its availablity by FAX or E-mail from Hotelpass's booking system within 24 hours on a bussiness day basis. Also you can check it on the Hotelpass site.
The Hotel Voucher will show its details appearing name of the hotel, duration of stay, name of guest, payment amount, final cacellation date and so on. |

3. As it is difficult to guarantee hotel rooms at any events of Fair, Conference and etc., please reserve it in advance in order to secure your desired hotel. |

Article 4 PAYMENT
|
|
|
Hotelpass assures secure and reliable transaction & payment services supported by SSL certificate of Veri Sign. |
|
|
You need to pay the amount of the accommodation fee as much as clearly stated on the Hotel Voucher using one of credit cards below: |

Article 5 HOTEL VOUCHER
|
|
|
1. We will deliver you the Hotel Voucher by FAX or E-mail after authorization of your credit card payment. Through booking review services in Your Status online, you can also print out the Voucher & Receipt. The hotel voucher (1 each for 1 hotel) has to be submitted to Hotel Front Desk upon check-in.

|
|
2. In case that your credit card is required upon check-in, it is a deposit purpose only for incidental costs such as telephone calls, mini-bar charges if they are used, not for your accommodation fee. |

Article 6 AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
|
|
|
(Booking Amendment) |
|
|
Once your hotel has been confirmed and before 1 week prior to check-in date, |
|
|
there would no charge levied for amendment up to twice. However, if any changes made more than 3 times or any cancellation is made, a penalty of US$15 will be charged per booking. In case of amendment or cancellation made within 1 week prior to check-in will result in a penalty of 01 night charge. |

(Booking Cancellation) |
|
|
① Once your hotel has been confirmed and you would like to cancel your booking, a penalty of US$15
per booking will be levied. Any cancellation made within 1 week prior to check in will result in a 1 night penalty. |
|
|
② During special occasions such as
Fair, Year-end periods, more tough regulations will be applied ? cancellation/amendment unavailable within 1month prior to check-in, full-guarantee conditions and etc. Please refer to your Hotel Vouhcer on each Cancellation/Amendment conditions and booking details. |
|
|
③ You are required to contact us stated on your Hotel Voucher in order to cancel or amend your reservation, not to your hotel directly.
Any of occuring fees caused by direct contact to a hotel will be charged to customers such as a penal sum and etc. |
|
|
|
(No Show) |
|
|
|
|
In case of "No show", 01 Night charge will be levied in normal case. But sometimes "Full stay penalty" will be applied, especially during Fair periods, Year-end periods and special holidays at Deluxe resorts & hotels. |
|
|
|
|
- Full Guarantee : Full charges will be applied upon any cancellation. |
|
|
|
|
- Arrival Guarantee : 01 or 02 night charges will be applied upon any calcelation on arrival date. |
|
|
|
|
- No Show : a 01 night charge will be applied |
|
|
|
|
**Notice**
Upon any cancellation or No Show caused by circumstances of airline companies including natural calamities, a 01 night charge or a penal sum might be levied depending on a relevant hotel's policy. |

|
Article 7 IN-TRANSIT CHANGES
|
|
|
|
|
If you are to shorten stays during your trip, you have to submit the proof of shortened stay to a local office, such as folio (receipt) of hotels to claim refund, within 2 weeks. After verification with hotel, which requires 2-3weeks in normal cases, we refund the relevant amount after deducting a services charge of USD 15.00 per room per booking. However, any reservations with NO REFUND conditions are not eligible to be reimbursed. |

Article 8 LEGAL OBLIGATION
|
|
|
|
|
As we act as a booking agent of hotels or suppliers, we are not responsible legally for any loss, fire or broke of reservation by hotel itself. In case of any occurings related to bookings, we will do our best in order to assist settlement as a proxy. |
|
| |
|
|
Article 9 RATE DISPUTES
|
|
|
|
|
Once you accepted our booking policy and voucher issued, you can not make any claim on rate difference which could be arose by hotel`s special sale or the difference noticed by the revelation of our contract rate with hotels or our suppliers. |
|
| |
|
|
Article 10 CLIENTS RELATIONS
|
|
|
|
|
We give you our promise that our Clients Relations will serve their best to take care of any problems arose, while you take advantage of Hotelpass. |
