Thank you for visiting Hotelpass. Please, refer to booking example pictures below according to booking stages. You can search hotels in three ways. |

Step1) Quick Search |
|
|
|
|
1. Select country, city, check in&out dates, room type, number of room required.
2. You can do advanced search by name, grade or location of hotel. |

Step2) |
|
|
|
|
Hotelpass promotes “Hot Deal” hotels and detailed information can be viewed by clicking on a correspond hotel. |
|

|
|
|
Step3) |
|
|
|
|
Hotelpass.com arranges major cities in an alphabetical order so that it enables you to have an easy access to viewing. By clicking on a correspond city, you will be led to a list of hotels of the chosen city.

2. Search again with different conditions.
3. Search for hotels in the chosen city by location, grade, land mark. The sales rate for Hotelpass's hotel includes tax and service charges but it only need to be paid in US dollars. If you select a hotel and click the "Book” button, you can view the room availability, indicated as On Request or Available.

① How to Book |

Step1) |
|
|
|
|
Make sure the check-in & out dates chosen are correct and enter guest's name for each room,
contact details as well as optional request such as breakfast or other requests. |

|

Step2) |
|
|
|
|
In order to complete your bookings, you have to provide your credit card information for payment. |
|

|
|
|
|

Step3) |
|
|
|
|
Once your booking is confirmed, the booking details will be sent out to your email account. Please, keep the booking number handy for future booking review, amendment or cancellation. |

|
|
|
|

|
3) Voucher & Receipt |
|
|
|
|
Once your booking is confirmed, your credit card information will be authorized for payment and the hotel voucher will be emailed or faxed to you. The voucher needs to be submitted upon hotel check-in.

4) Booking Review & Amendmnet/Cancellation |
|
|
|

=>There are 4 buttons below the booking number for requesting amendment/cancellation.
Change Date - request for amending check-in date
Change Name - request for correcting spelling or setting different guest's name
Change Room/Type - request for amending number of rooms or room type
Cancel - request for cancelling the booking
=>Caution- You can request amendment of your booking up to twice, once the booking is comfirmed.
However, if it is requested more than three times, a penalty of US$15 per booking will be
charged to you as well as in any cases of cancellation.
* exception- while the booking is on waiting status, no charge would be made.

Once your booking is confirmed and your payment is authorised, you can print out the hotel voucher |

5) Guide to Booking Status |
|
|
|
* You can view your booking status online when you make a booking.
|
|
|
|
|
① WAITING
Your booking request is on waiting.
When you request a booking, it will be forwarded to computerized reservation system of Hotelpass
instantly and, at the same time, you will receive an booking receipt from us.
② CONFIRM
Your booking has been confirmed and you need to consent to payment authorisation.
If your booking is on waiting, you will be informed with your booking result within 24 hours
(based on working days) via Fax or e-mail.
Realtime reservation available hotels , At the same time of making a booking, your available room will
be confirmed and the hotel voucher & payment receipt will be issued.
Regarding reviewing your booking status, you can check on “Your Status” online.
③ AMEND
Your booking is on amendment status by your request If you would like to change a hotel, staying
duration, guests' name and etc., you can request them on line or contact the operator in charge of your booking.

④ UNCARD
We are waiting for your credit card being authorized for the confirmed booking.
⑤ CARD & PAID
Your credit card payment has been authorised and completed.
The hotel voucher will be delievered to you via email or fax, and submit it upon check-in.
(It can be printed out from “Your Status” online.)
⑥ CANCEL
Your booking has been canceled as you requested, the hotel is fully booked or the set date is near at hand.
